Below is an outline of St. Coletta Day School’s 5 Step Admissions process.
Step 1. Initial Inquiry: Parent or guardian contact [email protected] to inquire about school.
Step 2. Observation Meet & Greet: Parent or guardian comes to the school to observe the school and classroom environment and meet with the school staff to discuss the following:
Step 3. Student Shadowing: The student comes to the school for a half to full day without their parent to participate in and observe the learning environment.
Step 4. Impact & Capacity: School staff will review the student’s information to assess the quality of the learning environment the school can provide the student and the impact the student would have on the other student’s learning environment. Staff will determine whether there is enrollment capacity in the age appropriate program the student is best suited for.
Waitlist (if required): If it is decided after Step 4 that the student and school are an appropriate match but there is not currently an opening in the age appropriate program, the student will be added to a wait list and will be notified as soon as space becomes available.

- Student’s academic history (IEPs, reports and other documents)
